Our goal is to buy local and to use the best and freshest ingredients available in Washington state, the Puget Sound Region, Seattle and Fremont, the neighborhood in Seattle we reside; breads from Essential Bakery down the street, Lighthouse Coffee around the corner and Better Meats in Greenwood .
